The restaurant: a discovery of flavors with sea view!

The room is airy and bright, it looks onto the inner courtyard and over it the beach.

The strength of the cuisine are the fish dishes, as you expected in a maritime village. The dishes are presented with care and attention to detail.

During summertime breakfast is served outside, on the internal courtyard between the villas, touched by the sea breeze and overlooking the beach.

The buffet is rich, from fresh cuts and cheeses, to desserts and homemade pastries.

At the Hotel Ville Bianchi the day starts well and ends better, from breakfast, through lunch, to dinner, it will be a journey through the flavors of the region.


The Chef: Michele Zoncapè.

Chef Michele Zoncapé is the new face that from this year guides the kitchen of our Hotel Ville Bianchi. Born in Padua, he graduated from the renowned hotel school “Pietro D’Abano” in Abano Terme, starting his career in several hotels in the well-known spa area.

He then moves in order to make different experiences in famous 5-star hotels in Italy.

Over the years he followed specialization courses especially in fish cooking, vegetable carving, buffet preparation, beer and sugar processing, vacuum cooking.

The fish cuisine certainly finds fertile ground in Grado and therefore you just have to sit at the table and be amazed by its creations, joys for the eyes and the palate.
